Since May 25, 2018, a new European regulation has entered into force on the protection of personal data (GDPR). Its objective is simple, to allow you to better control the use made of your personal data on the various sites and online services that you use.

Chabot SAS declares that it complies with the regulations in force regarding the Protection of Personal Data, guaranteeing the security, protection and fair use of your personal data.

 

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Chabot SAS collects the following personal data via the contact form: contact details of the Internet user or his company (name, email, consent to save personal data).

We guarantee the protection of said data. This data is never disclosed, rented or transferred to any third party.

As part of website traffic monitoring (malware protection), we store your IP address, session number, information about your operating system and internet browser.

 

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used to process your request. Thus the Chabot company may send you emails in response to your requests for information.

 

4. Transfer of data to third parties

Chabot SAS undertakes to implement all necessary means to protect the data of its users and not to communicate this information, except within the framework of the legislation governing its activity.

 

5. Retention period

The data collected by Chabot SAS will be kept for 5 years. At the end of the 5 years, the user must give his consent for the data to be kept.

If the user has requested the deletion of his data, in this case we will only keep the data necessary for legal and/or contractual obligations.
Once the corresponding limitation period has passed, the data will be completely deleted.

 

6. User rights

The user can at any time exercise his right of access, rectification, or deletion of his data.

7. Data of minors

The insertion of personal data of minors will be done under the full responsibility of the User who ensures that he has the necessary rights to the disclosure of this information and undertakes not to publish under any circumstances content that may harm a minor.

 

8. Cookies charter
